The front desk staff were very helpful, the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of cleaning. The room was small, but I guess that's not unusual for Hong Kong. The breakfasts were "okay" however the staff was extremely attentive and so very polite.

Clean and spacious (in Hk standard). 5 minutes walk to Langham place and Mongkok station. Short taxi ride (about HKD 55 ) from Kowloon Station for the airport express.

location was ok since its a few blocks from nathan road and everything is there, from shopping at langham mall to the fantastic food stalls and restaurants in the mong kok area. its really a great area to be in. ladies market is just down soy st. the hotel itself was fabulous, staff was attentive and our room was very nice and spacious.

Very central location. Good hotel with decent rooms. The coffee shop just outside the side door of the hotel is really good!

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly. The location was excellent—minutes away from the high street—and the price was great. The room was quiet at night despite a main road on the side.

We really enjoyed our stay in the heart of Kowloon, Mong Kok. The hotel is close by everything and super practical. The size of the room was really good for Hong Kong. We had enough space and felt comfortable. The room was clean and we had a lovely view too. I also used their gym, which was small but enough to do a good hotel workout. Overall lovely stay !

Near enough to the heart of the Mongkok, far enough for a good, quiet rest for the day! Room size is definately bigger then the usual cramped spaces of HK hotels, and it was so cozy that I didnt want to leave the room to explore outside.

The gym was well equipped for a Hilton and overall the facilities were very good.

Great location, 7 min to MTR and buses. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and housekeeping prompt to respond to request..
